Inviting us to zoom out, becoming the WITNESSER We are NOT our thoughts, not our emotions.... Most of our assumed identities are stories we tell ourself. I know one or two things myself about evolving and coming into radical awareness, as I've nurtured myself through a profound healing process after I ended up in Intensive Care after being run over by a truck on a bicycle and died in the process! After 5 months in the hospital, 2 lifesaving and extensive reconstructive surgeries ( both lasting more than 7 hours!), bound to one position in a bed confounded to a plaster corset from my chest till my knees, I had to dig deep not to lose my sanity and not to lose hope of ever recovering well to be able to continue my life in my late twenties as the independent and talented art student I was at the time of this ordeal I had to learn how to walk again and evolve through a raw process of re- assembling myself quite literally during months of intense rehabilitation But experiencing first hand the POWER of SURRENDER and harnessing the MULTIDIMENSIONAL aspects to Healing, i went on to finish my art studies and live a full life of artistic success, travel and even dance again! The depth of navigating life in pain & uncertainty turned into 'lived wisdom' carried throughout my life and I can confidently state that these experiences make me all the better at my work, now, GUIDING many clients on their own, unique paths to healing, transformation & LIBERATION My embodied wisdom, coupled with the depth of my #spiritual & #psychicabilities make my MENTORSHIP coaching programs so truly effective!
